What's the best way to report issues / provide feedback?

If you've run into a problem with Ticker Tape or just require some guidance on how best to configure it for your environment, the quickest & simplest way is to contact us by either emailing support@ambersoftware.co.uk or by logging a support ticket on the AmberSoftware web site at http://www.ambersoftware.co.uk/helpdesk - Emails and support tickets are normally responded to within 24 hours.

If you'd like to provide some more general feedback on Ticker Tape - perhaps a feature request, an area you feel needs improving based on your own environment or just to let us know how Ticker Tape is being used 'in the wild' - you should complete the Ticker Tape Survey; it's only a few questions long, none of which are compulsory, and you'll get chance to rank various aspects of Ticker Tape and provide some additional comments if you wish to.

All of the survey responses are used purely to guide the future development of Ticker Tape and will never be made available to third parties.
